Commitment to Child Safety


Here at FunHaus Factory, we are committed to child safety. Children and young people’s safety, welfare and wellbeing is of utmost importance and impacts all decision-making within the organisation. We are committed to:

  • Upholding the UN Rights of Children
  • Informing children of their rights to safety and respect, and what to do if they feel unsafe
  • Actively listening to and empowering children, involving them in decision-making that directly impacts them
  • A zero tolerance for child abuse and a commitment to report and suspected harm
  • Taking allegations very seriously and responding to them consistently and in a timely manner
  • Providing an inclusive environment for all children, including those from a culturally diverse background, LGBTQIA+ children and those living with disability or mental health diagnoses.
